By downloading, installing, or using Tingbo: PPT Notes Reader (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not download or use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on your own Apple devices for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and to the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
The App lets you import presentation files and view and edit their speaker notes. You retain all rights to the presentation files and notes you import. You are solely responsible for the content you import and for making sure you have the right to use and process it.
The App renders each page of your presentation as an image and reads the corresponding speaker notes aloud, slide by slide, using your device’s built-in text-to-speech.

When the optional cloud conversion is used, a third-party file-conversion provider may process your presentation file solely to convert it into slide images. The App may also use other third-party services, such as hosting for this website. These third parties have their own terms and policies, and we encourage you to review them.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may stop using the App at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, the license granted in these Terms ends, and you must stop using and delete the App from your devices.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country or region of residence, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection laws.
